such an amazing place to go to! the instructors are all incredible, especially rodney. if it’s your first class the instructor is super helpful and welcoming. would definitely recommend!
Loved this place. Rod and Heather were both excellent instructors, they made us feel right at home quickly. I was nervous to try this type of exercise, but it was so much fun! We went back for more the next day.
Whenever I come to town to visit family, I come here w/my cousin. I LOVE this place! Always a great experience... Highly recommend! Top notch bikes and atmosphere.
