When Robin, the business owner, first gave me an estimate for cleaning the house she said the amount would be based on how long it would it take her to clean the house. The amount would be hours per cleaning and $30 per hour. The week before I did some light cleaning to reduce the time she would need to finish cleaning the house. On the day she was supposed to clean she changed the amount and demanding the full amount before cleaning the house.
