Called them because a neighbor recommended them based on a positive experience they had. They came out, showed up early after calling to let me know they would be available earlier if that suited my needs. They checked my carpet and analyzed its condition after I advised them of potential pet damage. Because of the extent of my pet damage, they advised we NOT proceed with the carpet cleaning. We just had our carpets cleaned as well as our couch. Our carpet is 20 years old and looked it until Joe from Bold City Carpet Care cleaned it...it looks absolutely brand new!! I have had other cleaners in the past and was never happy with any of them! Joe is very personable as well as professional. I highly recommend them! So glad my friend Marie told me about them.
