I went here for a long time when I was younger and had long hair and was always treated very well and had a great experience getting my hair done very well most of the time. When I got short hair, I had a very bad experience being discriminated against as a woman with short hair, having my hair shaved on the back and sides and asking for a trim and being told "I had no hair to cut!" when a man would never have been told that. I asked politely if I could please just have my neck and sides trimmed. I was told "I guess" rudely.... read more
