Title: Major Food Safety Concern - Undercooked/Raw Chicken I usually enjoy Bolay, but my experience today at the Alton location (Donald Ross Rd) was incredibly disappointing and, frankly, dangerous. I ordered the Lemon Chicken about 30 minutes ago, and after a few bites, I realized the texture was extremely chewy. usually i love bolay and have a great experience here but today i left feeling so disappointed with the service. i was served by hannah who had such a rude, bothered attitude and acted as if me ordering was ruining her day. she rolled her eyes at me when i was asking simple questions. i have allergies and they have recently rolled out new food items so i feel as though that was not an unreasonable ask. i have always loved bolay’s usually impeccable service but this left such a bad taste in my mouth
