Emily at Bolay is amazing! She was very kind, charismatic, and genuinely nice throughout the whole experience. She was also very patient and really took the time to pay attention to our needs and make sure everything was right. That level of care really makes a difference. Bolay has been a weekly staple for me, so it’s disappointing to leave a negative review. For years, everything was consistently great, but recently the quality has gone downhill. I held off saying anything, hoping things would improve, but out of my last ten orders, only one has been good. The main issue is that the meat is consistently burnt.
