For two weeks I called this office to make an appointment. They NEVER answer the phone. After reading the many negative reviews, I am very glad I wasn't able to make an appointment.
Very nice. Great bedside manner
Good doctor but they are awful answering the phone and follow up with a request. I have infusion every 6 months and it's very painful call them asking to call the insurance pharmacy so they can send the medication on time. Every 6 months due to lack of communication between the pharmacy and the doctor my infusion needs to be re scheduled. If someone can coordinate this at the office doctor, it would be great!!!
