I had high hopes for this clinic, especially since it came recommended by a family member. Unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing. Dr Singh is the best doctor I've ever had
My poor review is not based on the Dr. I saw Dr. Idrees for the first time and I have no complaints . My poor review is due to the office staff. Seems like they’re worried about looking cute rather than doing their job. I sent 2 messages via the patient portal, left a voicemail and days have passed by and never got a response back. It was more than 72 hrs as I know some offices have a 48-72 hrs turnaround time, well it passed the 72 hrs and never got a response. I have had nothing but negative experiences at this office. On 3 different occasions I have waited 1.5-2 hours for a doctor to see me. On one occasion the lights turned off on me in the patient room even after asking front desk staff twice for a doctor to see me immediately. I demanded a copay refund and a refill on my medication (which they require an appointment for in order to gouge money out of you just so you can refill your medicine) in which I was met with "no" and to wait for a doctor.
