I was a new patient of Dr. Bolad. I choose him because he had a very good rating. Ratings are very subjective. The first time I went there I was very disappointed. The front desk receptionist was very nice, but the buck stopped there. The nurse took me back and she didn't know English well at all. She asked me if I had had any surgeries in the past and I told her yes. She had problems understanding what I was saying to her and was not able to spell simple words like wound and shot. I never had an experience but my brother was his patient for years and for years he watch his levels go up from cancer and never told him he had cancer, all he told him was he was dying and sent him to a pain clinic. My brother had to go to another doctor and that doctor told him that he had cancer and had to go for emergency surgery. His bedside manners with my brother was inconsiderate and unprofessional. I'm starting my journey with Dr. Bolad to control my diabetes. He went though my whole history and talked to me about it. Gave me lots of time. Explained the process to me very clearly. He was very professional and kind.

Just had my first visit with Dr. Bolad. He was very knowledgeable. Gave me lots of time and explained things thoroughly. The whole appointment was a breeze. Got my first B12 shot in the office. The nurses were very kind. Looking forward to taking care of my health in this office. Will absolutely recommend all my friends and family to come see Dr. Bolad.
