I needed to repair a large, partially shattered, high-end crystal artistic display. I was so impressed with their ability to restore this. The artistry is amazing! Well, now I know where to go should anything like this ever happen again!
Michael is not only a master at what he does, but he is as good as it gets when it comes to customer service. I needed a Venetian glass mirror repaired and he did an absolutely flawless job. He also provided me with updates at every step along the way and kept me informed about the process. I can’t recommend him enough!
Unfortunately, Michael was not able to repair my piece, but I will say that he went above and beyond in trying to help me. He actually gave me some great ideas for some alternate solutions... Much appreciated

I gave Michael a call and he acted as though I had called his personal phone and that I was bothering him. He cut me off multiple times, and seemed to not even be listening to what I was saying. He comes up as glass repair and custom glass, so I thought I would ask about getting a replacement piece of glass for a pair of antique glasses that sit on a shelf. He cut me off and said go to an optometrist to get a piece of plastic. I understand if it's not in your wheelhouse, but the tone is unnecessary.
