Friendly neighbors, quiet at night. Maintained each month.
Property is neglected. Entry gates don't work allowing random people to enter, Jacuzzi has been broken for 9 months. There's never anyone to address the problems. The property management doesn't answer calls, the phone mailbox system is always full. Extremely disappointing to say the least.
Loved living at this place. Yes it’s got a lot of cars driving past but super location to Seattle, Bellevue or south, shopping close by, and access to 167 in mins.
Cute place to live in. But lacks accessibility
Broken gate and noisy as hell.
