Great product. It takes way too long to get the food out to the customer. Today was over an hour, dine in. Opening weekend was 30 minutes with the following weekend being about 40-50 minute wait. New Review: less than 5 minute wait for food today. Still a Great product. Chatted with one of the Leaders (Fred) about the changes they have made to speed up the orders. Great work getting everything sorted out.
I'm originally from North Carolina I was riding through the highway the other day and happened to see that there was a Bojangles open and thought I would get some good southern food since I've had a problem finding real fried chicken in the state of Texas I pulled into Bojangles and found out they didn't sell chicken until chicken tenders management said because people in Texas did not want chicken they wanted chicken tenders so being kind of nice and cordial I ordered chicken tenders get dirty rice and french fries and iced... read more
Loved the experience staff was nice and have great energy.
First time here and had the 3 piece tender combo and added the peach cobbler. I thought the chicken tenders were cooked well and not dry, right amount of seasoning and the jalapeño ranch was pretty good. Fries had a good seasoning to them and the biscuits were good (but Popeyes biscuits are better) The peach cobbler was pretty old and the biscuit in the cobbler actually tasted better than the plain biscuits.
Went there at 10:30 pm on a Friday night and was told it was closed. Lights were on inside and the drive up was lite up and open. The drive thru lady said it wasn't going to be open till 11 on a Friday till next week.. Hours on website and google says 11 pm. False Advertisement.
