This is the most ghetto and dysfunctional Bojangles I have ever been to. Everyone here has a horrible attitude and you can taste it in the food too. I grew up on Bojangles so I was really excited about this one opening. It was good the first 2 weeks after opening… then once upper management left and they started hiring from the prisons it just went down hill. The staff constantly argues amongst themselves. This is the second time I tried this place first time the food was good but the staff was rude and not very helpful and the second time to not deal with the staff we used the drive-thru and get stale food Took almost 1/2 an hour to get our food after we went to the drive through. Once we finally got the food and got home the chicken sandwich although it was covered with a bunch of mayo was still dry as heck and the bread was stale.
Rude staff, the manager screaming and vaping inside, food was mediocre at best. Chicken, tea, biscuits.... everything we got was very poor imo including service.
The biscuits were so delicious, and the chicken tenders were so good that there was no need for a dipping sauce!
