HORRIBLE! I came here with my family after visiting another Bojangles who had bad customer service. They ended up giving me the wrong order…I wanted a thigh and leg and they gave me two legs. When I questioned them about the mistake the cashier and the manager caught a nasty attitude. The cashier told me that I had to just take the two legs they gave me or get a breast. Stood at register for a straight 7 mins. Staff continued working on drive thru orders. Completely ignoring us. There is absolutely no point in having a dining room. Just have a drive thru if you are not willing to acknowledge patrons inside at the counter. This location has a 3.6. at it is obvious now why.
Atmosphere is the usual fast food setting, but the Bo-berry biscuits are amazing. Food was good as well. Wish we had this chain back home.
Food was not cooked through and through, very disappointed 😒 because I was traveling, was unable to turn around for having to my destination
