I heard everything about the amazing Bojangles but this particular restaurant and people seem fine. The food was bland. I had no spices. I expected a lot more for like Cajun food. The fries were a bit underwhelming but those did have Cajun spices on them but it just seemed really salty. I was told the different Bojangles have different quality so maybe I'll try another one while I'm out here.
Staffing issues causes employees to have attitudes..
Poor quality. We wanted to order two $20 family meals, but they refused to prepare them; they said they could only make one, even though the store wasn’t closing for another hour and a half. On top of that, instead of regular gravy, they gave me sausage gravy.
Fried chicken is fantastic, sides are sides.
