There are always issues with this location. Understaffed, cash only, no soft drinks, out of this or that…. Sanitation grade is awful. The employees have the same bad attitude as management & ownership - they simply don’t care. I will not do business there.
Disgusting location, Bojangles should be ashamed to have their name on this building, close it down.
Manager was ticked off about something and made it known to all customers and staff. Totally ignored us and other customers standing at the front waiting to order as she walked by in a huff. Another gal finally had to come out of the back to take our order as we were all about to walk out. Manager stood out in the dining room with some customers (family?) and stewed aloud about whatever ticker her off, and complained about her job and everyone around her as loud as she could, causing a scene. Great food but above that, Gary was so nice. I honestly thought he was the manager. Rare to see employees nowadays with over the top customer service!! 10 out of 10
Would not recommend this Bojangles. Management sucked and cashier had a terrible attitude.
