I hate the automated drive through.... But my biscuit was spot on and boroughs were great aswell as my coffee. Thank you!
NO! worst bojangles i’ve ever been too. my dirty rice was watery (soup like) and my mac and cheese had to be replaced twice due to spillage from another mac completely ruining the container. My chicken tasted like it was cooked in old grease and when you approach them about this, they deflect. I asked “Are you guys even using the recipes given?” because nothing, i mean NOTHING tastes the same. Won’t ever visit again & to be honest.. I was so disgusted I’ll be avoiding Bojangles as a whole for a while.
Waited to place our order for 10 minutes while the staff worked away in the kitchen without acknowledging us. Finally, one of the employees came up front, pulled off her gloves, tossed them on the counter and said, "What do you want?" We said, we're good, and walked out. Place was empty and we knew why. Don't go there!
