Grabbed dinner on the fly tonight and rolled into Bojangles I didn't know they closed at 7pm and they still served me and they did it with a smile. Amazing and over the top service tonight I will definitely be back. All my food had to been dropped fresh.

Let me know if you are out of things when I order them. Not after i pay and you bring me my food. I would have ordered something else. This location is always understaffed. The people working are doing the best they can.
I ordered two steak biscuits and an order of Bo tots for breakfast through Door Dash. The biscuits were horrible. They were super thin and not cooked all the way, very pale. The tots were soggy and not crispy at all, as if they were not cooked long enough. This was the first time I've ordered from Bojangles in Cleveland. I was very disappointed because I've always have been happy with their food.
