Came into to get some bo bites, front cash person,was rude got my order wrong,said that I ordered bo rounds...screaming across the store..never offered ,refund,nor an exchange ...horrible I spent 18$.when it should have been 9$....I didn't have time to argue....I've been a mgr for 5yrs ...awful..zero stars....sum .it up in one word ..Atrocious!!!!!
If the workers got off their phones and focused on the job we could have a good efficient running bojangles here. Do better ya'll!
I dunno what happened to bo rounds. It's 12 o'clock in the afternoon why do I have to wait for ranch to be made. Lady at the registered was nice but it d oesn't make for everything else. I will not stop here again I will go across the street chic fa la don't have a ai to take my order
