the food is great and I love it .
After getting part of my order at the drive-thru window, I waited in the parking lot for over twenty minutes, waiting for the rest. I finally went inside, where other frustrated customers were waiting. An employee handed me what was supposed to be the rest of my order. When I got home, only part of it was there, and the fries were cold.
They try and move the line as quickly as possible but when the drive thru is backed up, build in 10 extra minutes.
Went to the drive-thru for a quick stop. Tell us to pull ahead, we do and wait for 15 mins. Go in and check on order. Not done yet. Okay I'll be outside. After another 5 mins a customer walks by and says hey I think your orders ready but they don't know where you are. Go in to get the food and we're missing bo berry Biscuits. Food was good but terrible service
