Changed from 5 to 3 stars. I have seen a significant decline at this Bojangles. They consistently make mistakes in orders, don't give sides or sauces that were ordered, or give the wrong drinks as well as forgetting straws, utensils, napkins, etc.
Staff are super nice! Food was delicious (as fast food goes) and everything was super clean :)
I went thru the drive thru about 20 min to close at the Christiansburg VA location tonight 9-20-2025. I ordered a cheese and egg biscuit combo with juice and then wanted some booberry biscuits. But thought they'd be old. The young lady taking my order assured me that all of my food would be fresh.. Obviously i figured the biscuit would be older bc i don't expect them to drop a new pan off biscuits just for me right at close.
