We get it, the A/C works. It’s like -7 degrees in the lobby. Bring a sweater!!
I reached out to Bojangles via their website prior to posting this review, in hopes not to blast them on the internet. However, no one called nor emailed me to rectify the situation. We were the only customers inside and waited 22 minutes for our food. No one would even acknowledge us after we placed our order and paid. We then get our food and it was just as bad...old and hard.
