Worst Bojangles. You now have to order talking to a robot. I order a cajun filet biscuit combo at around 10 A.M. on Sunday 10/19. After waiting in line to get to the window they inform me they dont have cajun filets. You dont have your signature entree? Why wouldnt you put a sign on the drive through menu so people see it when they order? as soon as I ordered a cajun filet wouldnt a manager or someone intervene to inform me they didnt have what I was ordering? Standard Bojangles. Biscuits delish. Smoking by the door, mid service, and no cajun biscuits!? all room for improvement.
We always come here and get the best service! Will skip the other Rock Hill stores just to come here on the way home!
