Takes for ever to place a order in person and they look at at you like have no place being here
The location needs to work on not forgetting that they parked cars on the side of the building saying that you gone bring the food out and then forget had me parked for about 25 to 30 minutes and I’m watching all the cars pull up get the food and drive off I will never come back to this location it was supposed to be fast food but it wasn’t I couldn’t drove to my side of town to get my food I was so pissed off
Food is good but the service is very bad. They never have food ready always telling me to wait for a certain time but I always end up waiting more, place is unclean, but the biggest deception is the service.
Name tags might seem elementary to some, but for a professional outfit I would like to see the names of the employees representing the brand at all times. I had an amazing experience with an employee today, who even offered the limited time special PEACH Cobbler y'all!! It was sooo good, but I don't remember the young gentleman's name who assisted me yesterday.
