completely appalled by the disrespect from the start. try to wash my hands and the bathroom is trashed, no soap no paper towels. ok so I start making my way to the front to order but still have to decide what I want. the employee really said ugh and walked away when she was on her phone the whole time. straight up if you don't want to do your job then quit.

Sad this location always has issues, why can’t corporate executives fix this? Went by to and ordered a 12 piece family meal in drive thru. AI took my order, arrived at window and after taking my card the girl said we would have to wait because they didn’t have any dark meat. Then she said they had just breast and wings would that be okay? We said Yes , then she said they only had one breast would just wings do? We canceled the order and dove to KFC and bought chicken 🍗!!🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

It was good until I got to the window. They need to get rid of that A.I. or have a better system or protocol when A.I. messes up your order. I ordered a Bo Size combo and got a regular. When I got to the window the cashier took my payment and handed me my drink and receipt. I told him my order is BoSized, he said it wasn’t. I said it was and it was even on the screen. This particular location had very friendly register staff. The chicken is really good and tender. Great bite if they'd just do something better with the skin, no flavor, no seasoning. And the manager lady had a hair net over everything except her bangs sticking out the front, smdh, I hope nobody ate her hair.
