There’s a teenage guy that works at the front when I come in the early afternoons and he has great customer service. He lets you know about how the foods coming along, apologizes for any delays, and is respectful and well-mannered. Great representative for the company
AI order taking at the drive thru is the worse experience ever. Then when you get to the window to add the items to your order when AI cut you off. You meet the lady at the window that can’t hear you and rolls her eyes because you have to add items to your order. Didn’t get a receipt or an item with my order.
Waiting amost 10 minutes inside and no one ever came to the register! Inside line was packed and all the workers were screwing around in the back so we had to leave.
Just because I ordered the 5 after 5, I ended up with the smallest pieces of chicken I have ever seen at Bojangles! Why?
absolute worst bojangles. completely rude workers and somehow managing to be out of sauces, drinks, and types of foods together. And for icing on the cake when you order a sauce and mind you, you pay for the sauces, you don’t get any other sauce besides a half full small sauce!
