Waited for 5 minutes at the drive thru and line didnt move so I went inside. Waited 10 minutes at the counter with no one in front of me before someone took my order. Waited 10 more minutes for just a chicken sandwich, no special order. There was hardly anyone there. Used the bathroom, looked like one of the urinals had not been flushed for days. It stunk and was disgusting. Don't go here.
Wasted almost 45min waiting at the window for my food just 2 biscuits slow and lazy staff food might as well been burnt it was so hard
The worst restaurant I have ever seen and they have the worst employees. All employees are irresponsible. Orders come out within 1 hour. Also employees work in dirty clothes… I still don't understand why people keep coming to this restaurant. Terrible
The longest wait for "fast" food I have EVER experienced. Ordered on mobile app well ahead of time. Then we arrive only to be faced with terrible customer service: just a whole bunch of young folks (at least 8 or 9 total) standing around behind the counter, using their phones, chatting with each other, not looking up or addressing you as a customer as you stand there and wait.
