Great service
Food can be good. Staff is clueless. Drive through order station - microphone were down & no one knew to drive forward. They should have placed sign on order station stating DRIVE FORWARD TO ORDER AT WINDOW. Would have stopped confusion & fewer would have left business. Atmosphere is always terrible. Dirty, greasy, nothing stocked. Staff tends to be frustrated & rude. I do not know how this store stays open
The dining room is closed for renovations, so you'd expect that the drive through would be humming. It wasn't. Basic chicken sandwich meal took 20+ minutes waiting in the drive through. One car in front waiting too. Unacceptable.
Not open for lobby seating.
