Okok for a fried food
Normally I like what I get from Bojangles but today was an exception! The fish sandwich is a joke! I don't eat fake cheese so I ordered it without cheese and figured I might at least get a hot Krispy piece of fish with enough tartar sauce on it to keep it from being dry. Nope! Basically lukewarm, dry, very little tartar sauce and the fish was borderline soggy. I don't eat at McDonald's but I have to say their crappy fish sandwich would have been better than this catastrophe!
The robot in the drive-through couldn’t get my order right, so I drove off. Bring back humans to take peoples orders. Corporate greed ruining the experience.
Hi, love your food but the virtual assistant speaking for the drive through is painful, it got multiple items wrong and we had to go back in to get everything we ordered. Thankfully, the manager was super approachable and helpful. I would dine in again, but will pass on the drive through as long as the virtual assistant is taking the order.
