Our chicken sandwich and chicken tenders were fresh and hot. The peach pepper dipping sauce was fantastic. Our server was very polite and welcoming.
I am not sure what the issue was this morning but I stood in line for nearly 10 minutes without having my order taken. I was told several times that someone would be right with me so it’s not like they didn’t know I was there. I should have known not to expect much when there was absolutely no food sitting out on the warmers. The last time I heard “I’ll be right with you” I decided I’d take my business elsewhere. Extremely slow service the last few times I came here. Been here 20 minutes and still waiting. Line isn't that long. They used to be prompt.
Had us wait and forgot about us, one of the staff was disrespectful, the other was high as a kite, and the food was cold when i got it. It’s not that hard.
I wish that every Bojangles was as consistent as this Bojangles. Im not from the area but Ive been here 3 times in the last month and ALL of my food was hot and fresh as if it was made to order. This is my favorite Bojangles, keep up the good work!
