Can’t get any service 9:01 PM and they’re shutting down the lobby even though they don’t close until 10 Couldn’t get any food no tea available
While food was good and fresh. The manager there is very rude and nasty. He is always yelling from the kitchen, clapping is hands while he talks to his employees in a very disrespectful manner. And he does this while in front of customers. It was alarming to know that someone who behaves so unprofessionally would be placed in a management position. Bojangles needs to do a much better job at training and monitoring its management team.
Been wanting for Bogangles and it was all I was waiting for came down from Jersey to visit family unfortunately there are none in Jersey but service was great so was the manager at the time tall African American male very friendly sorry I forgot your name but the teams customers service and energy was just perfect exactly what I expected.
