The drive-through seems to only be manned by AI so when it made a mistake, there was no one to fix it. I waited about 10 minutes to get to the window but when I got there and asked for chicken, they said they had just put them in so it would take at least 15 minutes. There is no human manning the drive-through but two people outside smoking. This was a Saturday at approximately 5:30 PM.
Never had a bad time at a Bojangles! This one right at lunch and busy, but I was well taken care of, and they were very quick.
