I only gave 1 star because that's the lowest you can go. I tried to dine it, key word tried. Couldn't get anyone to come up front to even take my order. The manager came up front to talk to a lady and then walked to the back. You would think he would have announced hey there are customers up front. Nope. I was the only one in line. Pretty sad. Walked out after standing there for 3 minutes and went to wendys. No issues at wendys.
This is by far the worst Bojangles I have ever been to. To begin they did not have the patties unfrozen and ready to cook. I had to settle with something else because of their lack or readiness. I requested no pickles and they added them either way. My last request was a side of ranch, and they didn't even have that. I got my food and I promise I am not exaggerating with how cold and hard my food was. My bread was not soft or warm like other Bojangles are and my chicken was hard and cold. Why must we have to wait in DT so loong. Then when you get your food, it's terrible! The bacon: burned. Did not taste fresh, possibly from the day before. The bo-rounds: Not fresh either. They were tough. Possibly from the previous day, as well, dropped back in the hot grease to heat them up. People are not stupid. SMH! Let's not talk about the huge, sloppy, extremely greasy (butter) egg.
