Can’t even take an order right made me go around to order again on their dumb ai system
Went to this Bojangles a few times went tonight however there was a different lady running the window AI took my order told me what they didn’t have and what they did have got to the window. The cashier told me where we close in 15 minutes and we don’t have anything other than chicken and fries. I understand that, but will turn me off is a gentleman in the background saying man I’m ready to go home so that automatically threw up a red flag. Marcus definitely sets this location apart from other. He is caring and considerate with amazing customer service! He really goes above an beyond in a Bo'dacious way!! I highly recommend this location! Plus it goes without saying that the food is amazing!
The people working here are so rude and so slow. Now I realize why I was the only customer there and all other restaurants around it was full. If you want to be disrespected and get bad food this is your place ..
This meal wasn't fresh, it looked like reheated from lunch. This location needs new management urgently!
