Excellent Bojangles
The entire experience was awful! A 45 minute wait for a mobile order! And, then after the wait, the order was wrong! I was given someone’s grubhub order! Incompetency at its best at this location!
How this location is not shut down is beyond me, even an employee herself stated that they should just shut down the restaurant.The night shift employees have to be some of the worst employees I’ve ever seen at a fast food restaurant. Three other customers and myself waited at least 10 minutes before even being acknowledged, 3 out of the 4 of us order ahead online and still waited 40+ minutes before we got our food plus we were still missing a fry once we arrived home.
