This is a good Bojangles right here. It is 99.9% consistent and always clean.
I love BoJangle's and go to many locations as I travel for work in NC. My only complaint with this Pittsboro location is that either their fryers are too hot, or they're cooking too long. I think they fryers are too hot. my fries are always burnt, dry, and crunchy. Bojangle's fries are best when tender and a little mushy. The BoJangle's location in Cary in 27519 at the corner of HWY 55, and near Morrisville PKWY, makes the absolute perfect fries. all Locations should ask the Cary location what their secret is.
