I’m at work I sent someone to pick up my order it was cold chicken had turned dark ordered 2 wings an beast I got 2 wings and a thigh called and spoke with 2,managers the 1st one supposedly her name was Shakeva Skeena or something I’m explaining to her my situation that I was at work and I can’t come back she was real nasty she and she hung up phone. If you like bojangles this one will leave a bad taste the window lady is very rude so much so I didn't feel comfortable eating my food once I received it I threw it away all because I wanted to make a sandwich a deluxe and was told they don't do that ..... its a standard across all bojangles you can make a chicken fillet a deluxe which is tomato cheese and lettuce and was told I was wrong even when it had the option on the menu I pulled up met with very rude window lady asked again about my order then she proceeded to hand m... read more
Food was okay but the black lady with the 2 buns and purple nails taking orders was unprofessional and insufferable. She was screaming all up on the mic and giving us dirty looks. And not to mention she even forgot our fries, straws, and napkins….. Terrible worker. If you hate your job, quit. It’s that simple. Very disappointing customer service. I’m not coming back.
