I wish I could give this place a negative number or stars. My son was excited to take me to a Bojangles. Well, this one was horrible. After placing our order for a 20 piece meal we were told they were just dropping a new batch and it would be 20 minutes. I saw a big box being prepared and thought it was my order. My husband loves their biscuits and fried chicken.
The dirty rice was so overcooked, cold and very mushy. It was the consistency of mash potatoes.
Very slow, placed my order 10-15 mins ahead walked in and still was not ready. Mind you they were not busy!! They also forgot my biscuits in a family meal box!!!
