Been here 3 times in the past few months and have yet to get any food because the drive thru doesn't move. Drive-thru implies your actually drive not park for 20 minutes and waste your time.
I had a food delivery that smelled like chemicals, bit into a chicken biscuit and it tasted like soap, order was missing a drink. and the bo rounds were Soggy and yet somehow had a charred taste. I have no idea how any of this was possible
So, I'm normally nice about these kind of things but where do I even start... I waited in line for over 15 minutes. I ordered a Cajun biscuit combo with bo rounds and a large coffee, sausage egg and cheese no combo, and an apple crisp. I got my food correct but I did order ketchup and creamer for my coffee; didn't get that. Lets back up a little bit...While I was waiting to pay for my food sitting at the window, the lady preparing the biscuits is cussing louder with the drive thru window closed. Very disappointing!
