Been here 3 times now. Different times a day and night. This place is awful. I would say worse bojangles I have ever been too. The food is never good. Went the other day had to wait 10mins on something and the food was old and hard.
Things have recently improved greatly at this location. My order was hot, fresh, correct. If this location would train people how to count change it would help speed things up.
Dirty parking lot, dirty tables, rude cashier, staff being rude to other staff If you place a mobile order they make you wait in line instead of getting it from the drive through (even with the option given) Your time might be worth 12$/hr to you but when I place my order I need that 😊
Our experience was absolutely terrible. First off, there were a few small bugs in our biscuits, the kitchen seemed to be very nasty, and some of the employees in the kitchen were yelling and acting crazy. We also despised communicating with a computer to order our food, it did not tell us our correct order total. The voice made us feel very rushed. 0 stars.
