No one working front counter. Drive thru around building. Workers telling those complaining they only had 4 people there and it seemed to make them happy if folks left before being waited on
After waiting at the drive-thru window for 15 minutes , I decided to walk inside. There I only stood 20 minutes and still never got anyone to take my order. 35 minutes to TRY and get food. This Bojangles restaurant should be shut down and torn down. When they do serve food the chicken is horrible The fries are so salty that you can't even find the french fry underneath it. I hate to be so negative and so down on this Bojangles but this Bojangles is pathetic with their service and their food. Shut it down.
Absolutely a disaster. Please leaders of bojangles do something about this restaurant. It is a total mess. Long wait long lines messy and horrible service. It’s your responsibility. Or close it!!
