Myself and 1 other elderly lady waited at the front counter for 8 minutes before I finally got an employees attention. Then the employee was rude and acted as if I was bothering her as she gave us both the wrong order! I could hear some employees cursing and joking around but didn't see them. Much need of better management and employees!
