Their stupid automated voice cashier is awful and never gets the order right. This is the third time it has messed up my order. Either the staff is not capable of making things right or it’s the fault of the robot cashier.
unsure if the owner has control over this or it’s corporate but the AI agent taking orders at the drive thru is not welcome.
