AI got my order wrong, there was no biscuit in the box and I was very upset but the manager remade it and walked it over to my workplace for me since I couldn’t leave, 5star customer service from her and wouldn’t mind ordering here again because of her level of customer service, wish there was some way I could recognize her, thank you so much 4/4/26 4pm
Warmest thing on my grilled chicken club sandwich was the tomato and the nicest part of the staff was the AI drive-thru attendant, although it didn’t seem to want to work either.
The chicken was the smallest i’ve ever seen, there was a white piece of hair in my foods, the person ringing me up had an airpod in, the mac n cheese didn’t even taste like cheese, the ranch tasted expired or like someone made it wrong, and there was an AI taking my order.
