I walked into this bojangles and the girl who was supposed to take my order literally walked passed me and said I will be right back and walked outside to talk to people in a car . Left me standing there . We will Never go back there . Totally unprofessional and this company needs to pay attention to the people running this restaurant. She was completely pathetic . I give this service there a 0 .
Always out of smoked sausage biscuits and it's annoying when they advertise it all the time.
Put in my order at the menu, got to the pick up window, person asked me three times what I ordered and was very rude. I told her 3 times I wanted sweet tea and I got unsweetened tea. She acted like I was making her life miserable. I will never go to that store again. I go to Bojangles every day in Columbia SC and everyone is so nice, stay away from the store in Batesburg/Leesville SC.
Two Three piece wing dinner with dirty rice and pinto beans turned into a two breast, one wing, fries and pinto beans and the other one had cold fries with the meal. Service isn't what it used to be. Third time now and it's not any better.
