Hit and miss. Sometimes good and sometimes the chicken tastes as if it was sitting under the lamp too long.
Food is good when it's fresh, but it is quite the tossup on whether or not you're getting a fresh enough batch or if it's sat their all day and gotten hard/weirdly textured. I come here enough that some of the employees remember my order fairly consistently, which is incredibly nice and does outweigh some of my grievances with the food (which, granted, isnt really the fault of the people taking the order neccessarily). This is the second time I received 7 pieces of chicken in my 8-piece tailgate. I’m not upset, but please slow down and make sure you are giving us what we pay for. I know people make mistakes, however, two times in such a short period warrant a review.
The food is good customer service is bad. Wait time bad.
