Went here 3:05 pm March 21st 2026 to get a 3 pc dinner with one car at the window and another ordering. Person taking the order told the car in front of us 15-20 minutes wait but didn’t specify what they were waiting on. We pulled up and tried to get a 3pc dinner and that was also 15-20 minute wait. As someone who used to work at Bojangles there is not a god damn thing to make that’s gonna have somebody sitting around for 20 minutes. We ate at Michaelanglos instead.
I went to bojangles in Atlanta Beach on 3/14/2026, the guy at the drive-thru didn't even look at me or tell me my total. He was having a conversation with another coworker. Even when he was giving me my food and drinks never once look or say anything to me. My order was wrong. I went back up there today 3/15/2026 at 7am lights were off they were closed. This isn't the first time I have had sorry service at this location. Probably won't go back.
For a off season Bojangles I was impressed with the care the AGM showed to the line staff. I eat a lot at Bojangles, their food is fairly standard. So service is what makes the difference. I was impressed.
Very rude! No wonder there's no customers there.
