App ordering was unavailable. It took 10 minutes for someone to take my order and another 20 minutes to receive my order. Totally unprofessional environment. Very poor customer service. If ordering App down, do not order in. Wait time is unacceptable for that many people standing around doing nothing

The people are rude, they did not fill the order, even the guy in front of me had driven home and had to come back as they left Items out, when I picked up my order it was missing three items, I live 24 miles from BoJangles, one way, I used to look so forward to eating there, not any more. The owner should do a surprise stop in.
