Absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had at a Bojangles - the food was horrible and my order was incorrect. Everything tasted nasty and old and the staff were very unpleasant and unprofessional. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION.
Can't go wrong with a Cajun chicken biscuit with cheese
We have been to this location multiple times with consistently poor service. They don't let you finish your order in the drive thru before giving you your total most of the time. Today we were told to order, and halfway through the small order, the employee said "hold on hold on hold on, you want a biscuit combo and what else?" This was after we ordered another combo that was obviously not noted. When we pulled up to the window, we were given a medium drink instead of a large so we politely asked for a large. Ordered a chicken biscuit just to get home and bite into it and find out it is a steak biscuit.
Didn't order they where out of their dirty rice. This was around 8pm
