This place continues to gradually go down hill, I love bojangles but the other “good” locations are to far of a drive. One of my biggest issues is their Seasoned fries are never seasoned anymore, and I mean not even a sprinkle. Now the new AI system they have taking orders is annoying and can’t seem to understand additional requests.
I understand accidents happen, but I was getting food through the drive thru in the morning. I had handed the lady my card while she handed me my drink. I sat there and waited on my card, but about 30 seconds later I was given my food and told to have a nice day. I said I don’t think I ever got my card back, she looks around and says she’s pretty sure she gave it to me. Food was absolutely horrible. Ordered a sausage biscuit combo with a large seasoned fries and large Cheerwine biscuit was hard as rock like it had been sitting out for a while and frys where old hard shriveled up husks. Cheerwine was ok.
