Inside closed for renovations and the drive through is automated only no live person to take my order. The automated voice can’t understand my voice and I have to keep repeating. Horrible horrible horrible experience.
When I say customer service is on point at this location they are wonderful even with them having renovations going on the food is still amazing. This location made me enjoy bojangles again it brought me back to my childhood days after school with my little brother .
Ordering was easy using AI! Employees were kind and helpful. Our food was hot and fresh. This location strives to be their best.
Employees heat food in the microwave, it’s always too dry and disgusting
so were started not giving out mayo and napkins when ask for them . looks like going back to mcds again and there no better . who hires these people that dont understand ordered detail ..
