This place is actually the epitome of sorry. I sat in line for 15 minutes until I got to the ordering box, then i waited another 10 to get to the window. When I got there they informed me they can’t take tap to pay as it’s company policy. I have been to every other bojangles around and have always been able to use tap to pay with no issues, but whatever I work customer service so I get it. Dirty rice was so mushy I couldn't even eat it.
Came in this morning and the girl at the register belched good and loud right in my face practically. Never said excuse me, I'm sorry just what you want. Then came back this afternoon and workers dropping the F bomb like they didn't have coustermers listening to everything they said.
