Horrible place. So many old people it's like an old folks home in the lobby. They're slow, smelly, take forever to order, and complain and nitpick their order holding up the line like no one else matters. Thought maybe I'll do an online order, try to skip all that. NOPE! Get there, and every time it's not even made. I have to literally tell them that I ordered online and I'm in a hurry. SMH. Does nobody in Beulaville understand why it's called fast food??
This place is actually the epitome of sorry. I sat in line for 15 minutes until I got to the ordering box, then i waited another 10 to get to the window. When I got there they informed me they can’t take tap to pay as it’s company policy. I have been to every other bojangles around and have always been able to use tap to pay with no issues, but whatever I work customer service so I get it.
