Inherently slow
Waiting more than 30 min when the chicken issupost by ready in 15, we ask for the order and they through the recipe and try to give us the wrong order. I ask for refund. Thas one and today was worse make the order and give what they want and no what I order, definitely bad service.
I actually live closer to 2 of the other locations in Greenville-I drive across town because I usually prefer this one. The food is better & the service is FASTER. However, today-I visited this location & ordered a Cheddar Bo. Once I got home, I bit into & detected a hint of sweetness. Looked at the underside of the biscuit & there was jelly ON THE BISCUIT?!?;!!;!!!!!!!. Now, jelly at Bojangles are in packets that one has to tear open to use. Need I say more? This is disgusting. My dasher had to wait for way too long for my order. My dasher arrived within 6 min and my food was ice cold. I also paid extra for a lot of sauce and of course they never bothered putting that in my bag. Terrible experience!
