Most of the time the food is hot and good. The customer service is pretty good most of the time.
Just left the drive through, we asked if we could add a orange juice, she interrupted us and said they dont add on at the window. Now I know thats a lie since I've done it several times before (mind you its 8:30 and no line behind us) , wont be seeing us again.
This Bojangles is disappointing, has far too long of a wait, it has to be chalk full of health code violations. I’ve been handed overcooked chicken, to go containers with mystery material on the bottom of it, and a whole bunch of disappointment.
