Today's steak biscuit was perfect!!!
Went through drive thru and ordered a fish sandwich without cheese. I made that clear. I got home and I had cheese on the sandwich. I am lactose intolerant and now I have to suffer for someone's incompetence.$10 for a sandwich and bottle of water is expensive. Especially when it's wrong.
The line is so busy and no one wants to take orders. Then once they do they don’t say you can move up or ANYTHING it just go silent 🤦♀️, nether did she read my order back to me! What kind of customer service is this? To be honest this is not the first time it’s happened and it’s ALWAYS at this location.
