The gravy biscuit was delicious friendly atmosphere. M Good place to set and enjoy conversation with friend . Especially like the brewed unsweetened tea. Dm Ritzy and asst. Dm Delisha continually provide great cutomer service.
This place absolutely stinks, the workers are sitting on their phones the whole time and too busy with their conversation while people are waiting, we were the only customers here and the food took over 45 minutes to make due to them not having any chicken ready to serve, they also refused to make more cole slaw by simply saying their is none ready to serve , needs new management!
Bojangles consistently puts their drive-thru timer ahead of actual customer service. I get that complex orders can take a little longer, and they may want to move faster orders through quickly. But asking people to pull forward and park when there’s no one behind them is just inflating their numbers. It doesn’t help the customer. No matter how simple my order is, I’m always told to park.
