Food is great!!! The woman taking orders recommend a menu item, I got it!!! It was great, but not at all what I ordered. Wish I knew what it was, so I can order it again.
This is the second time I've gotten a bo chicken sandwich and they have forgotten something on it. charged me $1.55 for bacon when I got home it did not have bacon on it! also looks like something's been nibbling at the cheese and the Tomato!!!!had bites taken out of it when I got home!!!!! do not eat here disgusting!!!!!!! Have a good mind to call the health authorities!! Threw it all away wasting 11.50$
Horrible service this morning around 9:30 August 14th I counted 6 people who left the drive thru line without being served I personally sat at the speaker for 6 mins awful ill take the longer drive to go to another Bojangles in the future
Food was good but a staff member was in the bathroom with me and when they left they did not wash their hands and immediately went back into the kitchen which really grossed me out since like none of the staff wears gloves.
