This location is a joke and should close their doors. Stopped in the drive thru a few weeks ago on a Saturday evening at 5 pm to order a Chicken Sandwich. The guy said they did not have any more to sell??? He said all they had was 2 pieces of chicken and if I want something it would take 30 minutes to cook it!!! I drove away...
Incredibly slow. Did not start making our online order (placed 15 mins prior to arrival), until 10 mins after arrival. Management needs to step up.
Spent20 minutes for waiting and got nothing.
This store has messed up our orders the last 3 times! It wasn't just an order of fries it was a whole half of our order. I came to get the rest of my order that I didn't get last night. The female that works the counter came with no hello per usual, appeared to be mad as the approach was very dry, harsh and unwelcome. I mentioned I was here to pick up the rest of the order. Wish I could give it 0 stars. Went through the drive thru and was told to park and waited for my food for 20 minutes. No one was in the drive thru nor eating inside. When I went inside to ask find out where my food was I was met with an attitude.
