I tried to call them to ask a question and i was hung up on twice. Their staff is rude as hell all the time.
Food was great and chicken was hot
I always go to this Bojangles over others in Greenville because my food is always right. I know I am going to get good service. Today I went and ordered the Chicken Rice Bowl with no pintos, grilled chicken and the biscuit that comes with it along with barbecue sauce. I received all the items that came with it. However they did not give me any silverware or napkins. The biscuit was hard as a rock when usually they are light and fluffy and you can taste the butter and salt on the biscuit.
