For about the past 3-4 years this location has been the slowest bojangles you will ever visit as a customer. Even if there isn’t a whole line of cars, ordering a supreme dinner and a couple of biscuits get you sent to the parking spots for 30 minutes to get said dried of fries too hard too eat and some cold food. I wouldn’t eat here again if it was free
Always a crapshoot when you order food and they have you pull up. They forgot about me again, after 15 minutes I pulled to the window. Order had not been started. I had to wait another 15 minutes. Not the best experience, but not unexpected either.
Not sure how they ran out of coleslaw before the dinner rush but they managed to do it, but thats a management issue. Chicken was less than fresh but thats expected from a chain like this. The worst part was seeing what was going on behind the service counter. You'd think they had a food fight with as much food there was all over the floors and service area, disgusting!
