Drive thru employee was unnecessarily rude tonight. For absolutely no reason. I’m sorry if you hate your job as a cashier girly, but don’t take it out on me and laughing in my face for no reason. Everytime I go to this location the staff is rude and unatentive to their customers, got a Cajun filet sandwich and fries, the sandwich was like a brick and the fries were a mix of fresh and old product. Do you guys think it's OK to sell old and cold food like seriously 0 quality control. Will probably not go back to this location.
At 6:20 on 6/3/25, my wife ordered a 3 piece supreme for my son. The chicken he got was cold and raw. This place struggles constantly but this is a new low. She has already reached out to corporate. It’s best just to steer clear of this one and drive a little farther to a different Bojangles.
We ordered the 8 pc. family meal for delivery. The order only had one of our two sides, no biscuits, the Sweet tea we ordered was actually Unsweet tea and the chicken was raw inside. Now it's been a year since we ordered anything due to them being "Out of Chicken" on our last trip. We decided to give them another chance after a year to get their crap together. Never, ever again!
